Clôture de notre stage sur un site d’exception : le Golf de Waipu.
Un immense merci au Waipu Golf Club pour son accueil lors de notre dernière journée. Nous avons eu le privilège de découvrir un parcours au dessin remarquable, parfaitement intégré dans son environnement naturel. Chaque trou reflète une conception intelligente, stratégique et respectueuse du relief, offrant une expérience de jeu à la fois exigeante et inspirante.
Au-delà de la qualité du tracé, nous avons été particulièrement impressionnés par le modèle d’arrosage et de recyclage de l’eau mis en place. Le système déployé permet un entretien du parcours en quasi-autonomie, avec une gestion optimisée et responsable de la ressource. Un exemple concret de durabilité appliquée au golf, conciliant performance agronomique et engagement environnemental.
Un remerciement tout particulier à Laurie Bell, président d’honneur du Waipu Golf Club, pour la qualité de ses échanges et son partage d’expérience. Son engagement et sa vision apportent une véritable valeur ajoutée à la gestion et au développement du club.

We concluded our training program at an exceptional venue: Waipu Golf Club.
A sincere thank you to Waipu Golf Club for hosting us on our final day. We had the privilege of discovering a course with a remarkable design, perfectly integrated into its natural surroundings. Each hole reflects intelligent and strategic architecture, fully respecting the natural contours of the land and offering a playing experience that is both challenging and inspiring.
Beyond the quality of the layout, we were particularly impressed by the irrigation and water recycling model implemented on the course. The system enables near-autonomous maintenance operations through optimized and responsible water resource management. It is a concrete example of sustainability applied to golf, combining agronomic performance with strong environmental commitment.
